教育を受ける権利と受けさせる義務（第３章26条３項の改正）

公用語


第一公用語日本語と共に第二公用語として英語を定める。公用語は同格に扱う。

第一公用語は、国語（漢文、和歌、俳句等）、天皇史、人文化科学全般とする。


第二公用語は数学、物理、化学、エンジニアリング、テクノロジー、バイオなど自然科学全般とする。

第二公用語の教育は、教科書はインターネット、教師はネイティブ、ネット世界の広範な授業とする。

バイリンガル教育は、ギリシャ哲学、旧約聖書、新約聖書、時には、イスラム教、ヒンズー教も含み、世界の知的精神的潮流を理解する

6歳から12歳までの小学生たちの期間です。

自由、人権、個人尊重を「日常の活動の中で」会得します。

基本は、孤立させないことです。

学校から帰って「お帰りなさい」と受け止める

家庭が重要です。

Empathy (6 to 12 years old). Freedom, human rights, respect for individuals. It ’s a social element that humans have acquired from a long history. It is a period for elementary school students from 6 to 12 years old. Acquire freedom, human rights and respect for individuals “in everyday activities”. The basis is not to isolate. It is important to have a family that accepts “Go home” after returning from school.

科学的事業モデル

（18才以下）・大学生ではもう遅い？

精神性と共感性を前提とした「創造性」です。

今日は「記憶はコンピューター」ですから無駄な勉強で時間を浪費しない。

最新科学を活かした「計画を創る」練習を日常的に行う期間です。

「歴史の本質」を「ITネットデータ」を活用して見極め「自己歴史書」をつくる。

「21世紀的な計画」を創る日常的な訓練期間とします。

実証としては「事業モデル特許」・「発明・発見の特許」を作成する意識を持つ。

「夢を持つ」日常を積み重ねる期間とします。

従来の「前例主義」

「受験勉強型の日常」から脱出することが大事です。

記憶回路を循環させる受験型の勉強のシステムから脱出しましょう。

上記の思考法は脳を活性化させますからより効率的な結果を得ます。

Let’s escape from the examination-type study system that circulates the memory circuit. The above thinking method activates the brain and gives more efficient results.
